Comment:
I based this mix on the food pyramid (the chart that tells us how many servings of a food group to eat). For every number of servings a person should eat of a food group, I put that number of songs that reference a food in that group. For example, a person is supposed to eat 2-4 servings of fruit a day, so I put three "fruit" songs. The songs start at the top of the pyramid and go down. "Sugarcube" represents "Fats, Oils and Sweets: Use Sparingly". I think the rest are self-explanatory. I admit, I cheated by putting the Sterolab song because ketchup is not food but it's a great song and I couldn't restrain myself. Also, in case you were wondering, the last song is included for it's mention of rice and not monkey hips (which is not part of a healthy diet). I'm not a nutrition freak and I've never really given the nutrition pyramid much thought. I just got the idea after listening to Tribe's "Ham and Eggs" and thinking about my favorite food songs.Feedback:

I worked with nutritionists and dieticians for a year on their web site: I'm surprised I didn't think of this! PS. According to ex-President Reagan, ketchup is a vegetable. :)
