While visiting family up North recently, I was asked to spin at an "undisclosed location" during the 21st annual pride week. This non-stop dance mix was culled from my 2hr set of mostly white labels and test pressings. I guess there IS something to be said about broadening ones' horizon, eh? I make a point of kicking off my first set with "I Want to Kill You" when I spin these days. I was told that it fits my personality when I'm doing a live venue and I'm diggin' it. Check it out if you haven't yet. Darling Violetta appears on sliver (disc two) by Candra; thanks again for the trade. Wow. I've made it a bit of a mini-mission to spread the joy of Darling Violetta around. I'd say this is a success (hence the DV on so many of my mixes). We should trade again. There's an extended dance mix of "I want to kill you." I'd love to be at a club where you're spinning. I'm dying to hear that InSoc remix (I loved that band in high school. Geek chic all the way!)
Thats the greatest sign i've ever seen. In highschool my friends adn I played with the Mcdonalds sign " now hiring closers" to this day i still have the c from the sign which thereafter read " now hiring losers" i think it was pretty apropos! Cute mix too! Keoki is the man!
