Comment:

this is for a boy i'm due to meet for the first time, mixtape in hand, this afternoon. he likes happy music, so i tried my damnedest to make a nice, easy summer driving tape, one that's at least *slightly* upbeat. i find it strange after the fact that most of side 2 has excessively long band names and song titles, while side 1 is much the opposite. hmmmm. [tape title derived from the plan's cover inclusion & the fact i'm giving him a present in july. :)]
