With Madonna's Greatest Hits Volume 2 coming out in October I decided to create my own 'Greatest Hits' compilation and came up with this.

Every song on both volumes of this mix reached the top 3 in the UK and/or the US. That was the criteria I chose and no songs are ignored.

Some notes on the songs themselves:
Crazy for You is the original 7" Version, recorded from La Isla Bonita Super Mix, a Japanese import.
Papa Don't Preach is the Video Version, recorded from The Immaculate Collection DVD.
Causing a Commotion is the single remix, recorded from The Holiday Collection (UK, 1991).
Cherish is the remixed single version, recorded from the CD single.
All other songs on this Volume were recorded from the albums they originally appeared on (NB: Into the Groove appeared on Like a Virgin). The total running time for this minidisc is 73:55.
