Comment:
DISCLAIMER: I readily admit to being musically ignorant and liking cheesy, soft music that others liken to crap. I'm just happy to have found such a remarkable website where I can store info about the mixes I have made over the years.RECORDED: 1/17/97 LENGTH: 90 minutes
I suppose I found my first mix of 1997 a bit too optimistic. By the following week, I must have found that 1997 would not be fundamentally different than any other year. For as long as I could remember, I had endured lonely weekends. But just because I had become quite used to these didn't mean they were any less painful. This particular weekend in mid-January '97 was apparently yet another lonely weekend. Lots of depressing love songs along with teary instrumentals.
