Comment:
As seen on TV! K-Tel presents, "Junkie Rock Volume 1." Songs so good they'll make you wanna dance with Mr. Brownstone.Feedback:
Wow! I once considered doing a musical tribute to heroin. Glad I skipped it 'cause I'd never be able to top this. Cover suggestion: that 70s photo of a strung out Keith Richards (are there any photos of an un-high Keith?) propped up against a sign in an airport that says "A drug free American comes first".
Great idea for a cover! Great mixes! Wanna trade for these 2?
That is a GREAT cover, lo-fi. And these are kick-ass mixes... I never heard that either Jack White or Julian Casablancas were junkies, but I could be out of the loop... although I see where their music fits.
They're here because they sound like the other groups -- I really don't think they're junkies. Jucifer's not a junkie, either, they just have that scraggly, loose guitar sound so popular amongst the junkie crowd.
