Comment:

Tape for Ken Scoville. A lot of these are requests, hence the repetitiveness, but they're still good songs. I found out something while making this - my 3 yr old daughter (Xuxu, pron. "shu shu") loves Thermos Cardy!! Thermos Cardy, for those who don't know, was the precursor band to Sodastream, while Karl Smith and co. were still living in Perth. Anyway, while the Thermos Cardy song was playing, Xuxu quite unexpectedly got up from what she was doing and started to dance! So hopefully Ken will like this, and so will the new baby girl that recently arrived in his family. Also have to give thanks to Rob Conroy for two of these songs - The World of Oz and Bright Eyes. Title courtesy of The Divine Comedy - something that I'm suffering through right now! (hayfever season).

AWESOME, Sue. "Girl at the Bus Stop"--wow, I haven't heard that in forever and what a GREAT song (unfortunately, the album that featured it didn't maintain the same standard and was discarded). I meant to tell you that "A Perfect Sonnet" has always been my favorite Bright Eyes song, as well.

Yup, it's that time of year alright. Although my hayfever isn't as bad as others, it can make me miserable until the meds start to work.

WOW! A mix with "We Walk" that's one of my favorite REM tracks.
