This is a more light-hearted Halloween mix I threw together. I actually had a lot more material than this (I was 45 minutes over) and had to sacrifice a lot of cool songs. The sillier or campier stuff tended to get the nod though (Black Sabbath's "Black Sabbath," for instance, got the axe). I also tried to steer away from more predictable fare, though I couldn't resist "Thriller" or "I Put A Spell On You" (though please note I opted for a different Oingo Boingo song than the overplayed "Dead Man's Party"). Some songs were iffy lyrically, such as "Ghost Town" and "Flyswatter," but were included for their altogether creepy vibes. All the material from Disneyland's Haunted Mansion is from the limited edition CD sold only at the park. Like your Halloween mix a lot. The Haunted Mansion stuff is great. Also great screen name. My little brother watched "Ghostbusters" every day for a year (no exaggeration)when he was three. I was pissed cause I never got to watch "Scooby Doo".
Know this is old and all, but this is definatly cool...glad to see Danny Elfman get a play around here...
