Comment:

A mix in honor of Luke Washburn, my best good friend. The songs were all pulled ruthlessly from his CD collection, without any consultation. Some are ones I knew to be his favorites, some are bad jokes (the first track is a real radio PSA I sent to him on a CD last year--and I couldn't resist following it up with "The Harder they Come".), and some are rememberences of events, people, and periods in our lives. And some are just songs I wanted to hear.
The title is from an inscription in a book I sent him. I once had Dave Eggers sign copies of his book "A Heartbreaking Work of Staggering Genius" for a few of my friends. Mr. Eggers, who is known for writing/drawing quirky things at booksignings, must not have been feeling terribly creative that night, as all he scrawled on Luke's copy was "See you on Tatooine" and his name. Luke, who has been hounded by bad Star Wars references his whole life, was less than amused.
