How to: 1. express admiration for a fellow human being (in the romantic sense) without waxing smarmy? 2. expose a musically passive fellow (raised on classical/swing music, never quite venturing further) to the joy that is rock and roll without frightening him inordinately? 3. and provide a pleasant musical environment for his eight hour journey home?

apparently, by creating a seamless fusion of old school mellowness, the occasional celtic track, and an odd amalgamum of socially acceptable techno/punk. upon further reflection, the inclusion of "unchained melody" is about as subtle as a sledgehammer to the forebrain...
