Comment:

Another mix for my friend Megan. This is one of the most generic mixes I've ever made. All these songs have been used on previous mixes. Anyone else ever feel bad about doing that? I try to make each mix have its own "character" by choosing the track sequence a certain way, etc., but if I'm choosing the same songs mix after mix, they all seem to sound too similar to differentiate between intended moods. Anyhow, I shouldn't complain too much since I love all the songs on here, including one of my favorite REM songs (one of their most overlooked and underrated) and a really top-notch Ben Folds Five number. And old-school Radiohead, though that may or may not be A Good Thing. The most important thing is ensuring that the recipient of the mix enjoys it, and I'm sure she will.

oh my ... I totally agree, I try to NEVER re-use songs! I spent almost a decade keeping a database of my tapes just so I could pick 'unused' songs when I made new mixes.. are we insane or what? :) Great mix by the way!
