very clever, esp. the inclusion of everlast. tom waits also has a good song called "red shoes."
Years and years ago, the Pearl Jam fan club single included a track called "Ramblings." At the end of it, Eddie Vedder goes on this crazy rant about shoes. (I think the audience was throwing shoes on stage.) It's pretty funny, and would fit well on this mix...if you're interested.
