one side is to put in on your way to sleep; it is to help you slowly relax. when you wake up in the morning, you turn it over and listen to the other side to get you going for the day. there are several repeated artists because i wanted to get both evening and daylight songs from them.

"moondance" is like... the biggest stay-up-all-night dancing in the chill air and making out in the leaves song ever... It gets me all ready to run forever... but i can see how it belongs where it is.
