thanks so much for the comments, from the both of you. ion, i don't know about astrud, just sorta discovered her voice. francoise, however, is a bit of an obsession at the moment, as is brigitte fontaine.

i've recently rediscovered weezer. i listened to them quite a lot once upon a time. "buddy holly" is ace, as well, you're right. I suppose i'm a bit partial to "photograph" from the new record, at the moment. it makes me grin.
it seems we're the only two people on art of the mix with francoiz breut songs in our mixes...i just found her first record in a cut out bin for 6.00...need me to copy it for you?
