[#6] Tribute to Ian Curtis, featuring Joy Division recordings, New Order versions of JD songs, other cover versions (mostly pulled from "A Means to an End"), a song about Ian ("I.C. Water") and a song which samples "She's Lost Control" ("Contrique"). The 12" version of "SLC" is the one from "Substance", not from the box set (the one on the box set is subtly different and slightly longer). Mainly an excuse to burn some JD and related rarities I had sitting around.

nice stuff...like the Swans cover of LWTUA especially. Worst cover of LWTUA ever was done by Paul Young...pure butchery...the Cure did a nice acoustic live version as well, fyi.
Yeah, I've got the Cure version too. It's a good version, but I didn't want to overload the disc with versions of that song, and I wanted to give the Swans version priority. (I have considered making a mix entirely devoted to versions of LWTUA...)
