I usually just take a line from a song, for instance, how about something from "Suzanne" - Cohen always writes great lyrics.
My title suggestion is "Every Breath We Drew." from Leonard Cohen's "hallelujah."
How about Home Motel. You make a (very) vague Cohen reference via Chelsea Hotel and it fits nicely with the traveling thing you have going on here. Home Motel, btw is a Willie Nelson song if that matters any.
