Comment:
Really do check out the dubious-sounding 'Blower's daughter' it's a nice little track. Damien Rice the man , though, is a complete tosser, having seen him many times in a restaurant where a friend of mine worksFeedback:
By the way, having heard Mr Manson's version of Tainted Love (Now with slightly louder guitar bits) I was thinking about the original Soft Cell version. A friend told me now that the wife of Marc Bolan actually wrote it originally way back in the early seventies. Is this true/ has anybody heard it?
Some guy named Ed Cobb wrote Tainted Love. Jones recorded it in the mid-sixties, years before meeting Bolan. They were never married but had a son, Rolan Bolan. Curtis, Pixies and Miles...Yeah!
and Gloria drove the car, that was smashed to a three and killed Marc
i like the radiohead-davis-buckley thing.
Where'd the "Tainted Love" bit come in? And I think it's funny (and not coincidental) that the 70s glam rock movement spawned Rolan Bolan and Zowie Bowie.
