Comment:
A brief glimpse into my depressed state of mind, the first of several mixes, progresses from the state of hopelessness to eventual suicide, and ends with a final redemption. Every song has a deeper meaning than on the surface. S.T.- my first depression song that I can really remember, sinking to the depths of deep depression. Smashing pumpkins, album track, but my favorite from Siamese Dream. EZN- possibly the most hopeless song I've ever heard. Does anyone else see mama I'm comin home as a suicide song? And in the depths of the depressed abyss that you sink into, LSD's rise above tries to pull you out, not by saying that everything's happy happy, but rather by saying that even though everything sucks, it's all alright. So put the gun down, and turn off the car.Feedback:
