Comment:

No, I'm not really 18 in a week, but it is my birthday, tomorrow (and to those who know me, I'm a bit older than 18!) But I actually made this mix for Jer Fairall, who requested a bunch of bands and had me fill in the rest. Thanks to Rob Conroy, for the Move track. The Scientists and Hard Ons tracks come from the new compilation, "Born out of Time, the Australian Indie Sound, 1979-88". I did go into the shop to buy the "Do the Pop", which is the new aussie garage rock comp., but it was out of stock, so I settled for the former - which is quite good as well.

Let me be the first AOTMer to wish you a happy birthday! I hope you get everything you wish for, and that you continue to produce mixes as good as this when you're 80.

GREAT mix, Sue. Sorry I missed your birthday... I should have known that, based upon an e-mail that we exchanged last year... Belated happy birthday, anyway.
