I'd been good friends with Jay for a long time, when I realized that I'd yet to make him a mix. So, on Hallowe'en 2000, I did. The only sure thing was to be "Upside Down", because that's the only song that will get Jay on a dance floor. He showed me his thanks by giving me a mix called "Second". Thus began the series.
