It was February 26, 2001; my friend Kevin and I had recently recorded a very low-fi cover of Elvis Costello's "Watch Your Step", and I was proud of it. In the exchange of tapes between me and my friend Mark-O, it was my turn. Plus, our shared birthday was fast approaching (February 28). It was a good excuse.Feedback:

actually, nirmala, one of the most important unwritten "rules of the site" is to ignore petty carping from those who hide behind fake names or don't post mixes of their own for others to comment on. your mixes are well done and are a welcome addition to the site. don't worry too much about the whining.
