Comment:
My best friend Andrew and his partner Christie moved to the country (Oxford Mills, ON, to be exact); this mix was part of their housewarming present. The title is a lyric from "Back Home Again" - it's performed here by Low, but more importantly, it was originally performed by John Denver, which is a nod to Andrew's love of the song "Thank God I'm a Country Boy". Another nod: "City vs. Country", because he feels that way.
Feedback:
What about adding "The Country Life," by The Crash Test Dummies?
Yeah, I think there were a lot of songs I missed - but Andrew and Christie don't like the Crash Test Dummies, so unfortunately, it wouldn't have made the cut anyway. Thanks for the suggestion, though!
Nice mix Nirmala...., just because I can---I'd like to suggest: "Small Town King" by Forever Goldrush and "Lookin' For Me Somewhere" by the BoDeans....you've done good. Keep 'em comin'..!
Thanks, valis!
