The theme should be fairly self-explanatory. Inspired by a local radio host explaining indie music as being "mostly about sex," although you can see the actual mix wanders away from the indie side of things rather quickly; but there are some songs that just deserved a spot on the mix...like the Stones "Under my Thumb." Some of it might be overkill...like the Babes in Toyland and closing with the Kinks, but I liked the boost of energy at the end. The title is a quote from Charles Bukowski.There are also a lot of songs that didn't make it; like Kinky Sex Makes the World Go Round from the Dead Kennedys and Bright Eyes' "A Poetic Retelling of an Unfortunate Seduction."
