Comment:

I wanted to make a mix tape for multi purpose use. If you want to hear loud, upbeat music play side A. If you want to contemplate how fucked up life is and want to die (kinda) then play side B. Easy enough. I realize that I used quite a number of popular songs such as "Pink Moon" and "Lust for life" but I figure that I really don't care any more about how many people have and have not heard the music that I like. These songs in my opinion fuckin rule and that's what matters. I hear this in my car tape deck and try to play the Velvet Underground at traffic lights as much as possible eventhough I don't like the dirty looks that people blasting Top 40 radio give me. I say we need the Velvet Underground more than ever in these times of cheap, flashy beats and meaningless lyrics. Enjoy!
Oh yeah, the title sucks but it made sense to me so late at night. And another thing, I kind of regret putting the Violent Femmes on here cause' it's too long and grating after a while. I guess you can't hear the Violent Femmes all the time!

You can always copy over the song, though I think in all, Violent Femmes included, this rules. Always nice to see someone else cool with putting on their fav stuff than what they think people're gonna' like.
