I think you should give it to her. At this point, what do you really have to lose anyway? And then she'll always have a relic of how amazing you were. Just use some good artwork for the cover. Another trick I use for mixes that I'm not sure the person will listen to/don't want them to know the message in advance is that I don't provide song details, just make them listen.
Also, you could relieve some of your hurt by trading break-up mix for break-up mix.

I'm sure she'll LOVE the album title... and I hope she loves emo, because this would not be the time to spring that kind of music on a girl otherwise.
Don't give it to her. Making mixes that express how you feel about a situation can be very cathartic and therapeutic, but giving her this will only impede your ability to move on.
Wow. I hope this girl doesn't have a BOYFRIEND! That would suck if you were considering poaching on someone else's girl. But that's just me. Maybe you should focus on school and music instead of girls for a while.
