Comment:
These are all tracks from my different radio station releases (WRAX in Birmingham, KCRW in L.A., KROQ in L.A., KDGE in Dallas, and WRAS in Atlanta). My wife and I both picked the songs for this mix. We have different tastes in music, so there was quite a bit of compromising here (hence the title). I fought hard to get the Mercury Rev and Morphine tracks on here, so my wife fought for the Sister Hazel and Edwin McCain tunes. All in all, the mix works pretty well. (NOTE: the Train remake of "Ramble On" is one of the most requested songs in the history of Birmingham radio. It's only available on the station's latest charity CD, and there are only 5,000 of them. It's one of the best Zep covers I've ever heard, even though I don't like Train at all).
Feedback:
What an awesome mix or shall I say 'compromise'. Love almost every song on here. And nothing beats the good ol' acoustic version!
