Comment:
One day, about 20 years ago, disillusioned and bored , I decided not to sneak into the drive-in and instead sat at home and watched The New Music. That night I saw the video for "Garbage Man" by The Cramps.Something came over me... suddenly I saw my sanctuary in my parents basement in a new light, the gold , naked lady wallpaper spoke to me , The creepy painting of the kid with the giant eyeballs seemed to now have a knowing smile as if it had been waiting for me to discover this new world, a world of seedy, under the covers, red velvet lampshade, back woods music. Here is some of the highlights of that voyage of discovery.Feedback:
This rules, Grease. Kudos for representing the Pittsburgh-Cleveland area with the Cynics and Cowslingers. Some great connections made here, too.
My god, I just realized that I've played shows with nearly half of these bands. I'm back in town. Remind me what I owe you in trade.
this looks awesome! some of my favorite groups, plus stuff i haven't heard. trade possible ?

More cool "the" bands, and Tom Waits. Gret stuff Mr. greaseball.
Wowza! This really rocks! I dig.

Oh God, this looks really dirty good. How did you find The Tiki Tones?
Yikes! I can hear those golden naked women talking to me from the wall of your parents' basement...creepy!
