so i've spent nearly the entire summer penniless, and just a few days ago i finally finally finally got a (relatively) massive paycheck, so naturally the first thing i did was go beserk with music purchasing. but now that i've listened to all the new stuff once, i'm going away for the weekend and will be without a cd player. so i decided to make a tape (which has ended up being two 60 minute tapes) of some of the highlights from the new things, along with other things i bought early this summer. and this is volume one of that.
