I made this last January, shortly after seeing a show at the Cactus Club called the Monsters of Garage 2 (featuring Bleed, Von Bondies, Soledad Brothers, and the Milwaukee Talkies) and decided to make a mix. I initially didn't like the way this turned out (too many songs off of one compilation - "Sympathy for the Record Industry", for one thing) and it just didn't "feel" like my best effort. So consequentially, it languished on my cd shelf for a while, until I recently tried it again. It sounds a little better to me now, so I thought I'd post it and see what the rest of you think.
