I wasn't entirely happy with my first funk mix. It was mostly obvious choices and I became tired of it rather quickly. This mix has a few of the same songs from the first mix, but has alot more interesting songs of the genre. Thanks to Mikel Ledin for his hot funk mix.

We love the funk. We gotta have that funk. This mix makes me scream like the background singer who got stabbed during the recording of Love Rollercoaster. Has anyone else heard that urban legend?

reminds me of the late 70s, when a friend of mine was friends with this older black guy who was into funk(he was interested in her, but she was only 14!)

I have heard that urban legend about love rollercoaster, apparently it was just the keyboard player screaming, the story was made up by some d.j. and because the press from it sold alot of records, the band didn't say anything.
