Track 2 is dead important on a hiphop album, it's usually the first proper track after your dodgy intro (where you convince everybody how hard you & your crew are, share some joke which nobody outside your crew understands or tell the listener just how many women you & your crew have shagged) and it's usually when the album kicks in proper. These are some of my favourite track two's.And I still blame De La for starting the whole 'intro / skit' thing in hiphop when they did 3 Feet High & Rising, before that hiphop albums were just songs. At least De La did a good job though (how many times did the Batmobile catch a flat?)
