Comment:
made for a friend ... a lot of mellow songs, but spiced up with a few fast ones. yes, I'm well aware justin timberlake, o-town & maxwell don't really fit in here, but the songs are quite good. besides, I like variety in my mixes. [mix title from "cry me a river"]Feedback:
nice, not to many people have heard switchfoot. they are so great.
good stuff...and I like putting radio pop/cheesy pop on my mixes too...but then again, most songs on my mixes lean on the cheesy side. anyway. and I have to second the sentiments about switchfoot. good mix!
bright eyes, switchfoot, 3EB, DBC, flaming lips, plumb, and the get up kids....this is good regardless of what anyone thinks about putting pop in a mix...great job
neko, bright eyes, lips, zero7, a sweeet dashboard tune, cute canadian lesbians... i do say i lurve this mix.
oh and don't you love the "mistake" in that bright eyes tune... the 1-2-3-1-2-3 and then the strings coming in...thats my fav part of the whole album.
I love "false advertising", it's gorgeous without taking itself too seriously.
i like this :) i like mixes that are indie and poppy so we all remember our roots
It's disgusting how similar this mix is to one I made in high school. Go figure, it was made around the same time. Beautiful mix, just switch 3EB's song to "Semi-charmed Life" and it's perfect.
