As you guys can see, I am all about the mixes this weekend. I started making this one in a very Nick Drake-ian sort of mood, which I guess is pretty obvious, but by the end I was rocking to "Fortunate Son." Puzzling. Anyway, I think I'll give this mix to Jeremy (coneboy) and hopefully he'll like it. :) But as always, I'm not opposed to making copies for whoever would like one.

Why yes, that's exactly how I thought of using the song! I was actually trying to work in into the mix I made yesterday, but I just couldn't do it. I like the acoustic version better too, I think, but in this case the electric one just blended better. Ah, the sacrifices one must make for art. Heh. :)
