Comment:

A friend of mine asked for a compilation of "up tempo synthpop" to play in the car, and this is the result. If I would have been aiming to make this a "definitive" sort of thing, the track listing would have ended up being quite different. But as it is, I had to only include material she didn't have (that's the only way I can explain the glaring omission of Devo here, and the inclusion of the off-the-wall Kraftwerk song, though I do like it a lot). She was mainly looking for modern synth bands, so half the collection consists of those while the other half consists of minor hits and oddities from the '80s. Artwork is based on an old Moog album I have.
