i've gotten into this irritating habit recently of making one side of a tape and then waiting weeks to make the next side. i started making this tape for a friend one night after she got in a big ol' fight with her girlfriend and she was sad and it was making me sad and i wanted to give her pretty-sad-consoling music. and that was long ago and happiness has returned, so the second side was me trying to keep up the mood of the first side even though i wasn't in that mood anyway. i haven't listened to the tape yet, so i hope it works.
