a two disc set of my favorite albums of this year. probably a little too broad to be my top albums of the year, which would be a shorter list, if i had to make a choice. but since i don't have to choose, they all end up here. i bookended the set with what is one of my all time favorite songs, "hurt" which appeared on cd two times this year. my best of... seems to be a little more narrow than some i have seen on the site recently, but i can only buy so many albums, so i stick to my favorites. ah, if only i had more money to spend frivolously... oh well. have a great new years, everyone.
