during christmas break, i visited my cousin vin in chicago, and was more surprised than anything to see his huge indie cd collection. most of the bands i had never heard before, but they now feel like old favourites after the constant cycle they were doing through my cd player. so when i was there i burned this cd for myself to bring back and show off at home.Feedback:
If your purpose is to make people go, "who?", it worked. Every band here is a, "who," band.
you have to check out swandive if you haven't already... tim from hearts on choir's old band. they're slower, more melodic... you'd like em. oh and have you heard french made? if you dig pillow sweat, french made has the same kinda spacey, electro feel to it. enjoy.
Jamaican Pop Rocks just made it to the top of my favorite list those guys are like a mix between Tool , Micheal Jackson and German techno its awesome. Thier new cd Testicles and Popsicles is a must have for any music lovers, so make sure you check it out.
