I have to confess this one is a bit of a no-brainer. And so it should be, as its designed to listen to while my friends play Quake. Its for Pauly, Dave and Teej and for any poor suckers that play against them.Having said that its a pretty good demonstration of the boys doing it for the 3 minute pop-rock scene, with a few harder edged pieces thrown in. If you can call Muse hard :)

Blink 182...Rock Show...Inspired...
I always found the Chemical Brothers and Death in Vegas were the best things to play Quake to ;-) Besides that, though, I'm almost embaressed to say I think 90% of these tracks are great. 3 Minute Pop-Rock might be shallow, but it can't be accused of being crap.
I think the Chemical Brothers and Death in Vegas could well feature on volume two!
