This is a reminder to myself to listen to all the albums and stuff i have, not just the ten in my cd player perpetually - ive made myself listen to different stuff for the last few days and really rather enjoyed it. These are an eclectic few stand out tracks.
The name comes from the idea that it might be painful to break away from my old favourites, and the fact I'm due for some major dental work very soon.
