Comment:
My first general workout cd. Not designed for any specific king of workout or length like others in the past. The Black Crowes tune is their best ever. In retrospect, the Blur tune was a bit heavyhanded. Soundgarden tune is the best bassline ever written or played. The John Lennon tune is there in tribute of the friendship montage in Rushmore.
