While I can't say that Gibb's death has made me any more appreciative of their disco era, which still brings much aural pain to those of us who survived it, it's hard to deny that "Nights on Broadway" is an underrated minor classic.
Some real classics here, but I miss the early tunes: "In my own time", "To love somebody", and many more. I'm guessing that you're more fond of the later era stuff. Few people could craft such great pop melodies. Maybe it's the passing of time but, their music can really make you miss disco.
