Comment:
This is the first of several Valentine mixes, dating back to '94. The original version was on cassette with a full 45 minutes of FV on the first side. (The Saunders/Garcia took up about 20 minutes, but it slowed the proceedings down for those who don't like that much ... um... noodling.) I cut it back for CD consumption. The "Smooch Music" actually works!
The "FV" songs can get to you, but if you put it on random it works out pretty well. Hearing all those versions of "FV" is really interesting.
Feedback:
A very fine valentine. I'd like to hear this, if you'd be interested in making a trade . . .
Nice. One of my favorite all-time songs.
Truly lovely.
Great stuff! I'm a sucker for Julie London's "Go Slow" and Ella's version of "Bewitched, Bothered And Bewildered" is un-earthly...Pass the ice, please...
This looks like a very nice mix.
