Comment:

I made this comp on Valentine's Day but I'm not sure it's a Valentine's Day comp. It sure sounds like one though. And the answer to the obvious question (if you need to ask what that is, you're looking at the wrong comp) is yes. This comp is all about the flow - mostly mid-tempo, very melodic ... it's just about the perfect thing for a late night lonely drive through the middle of nowhere when home - wherever the hell it may be - is still hours away, the coffee steams in the cup holder and you realize you're going to need to stop soon to get gas and another pack of smokes. This is a comp that tries to forget them, that tries not to think about them, and fails in its attempt. All it does is dwell on it, manufacturing ideas, scenarios, hopes and dreams, most of which will never come to pass. The songs don't much care though. They're just along for the ride.

I always like to see a Bash & Pop song.
