I made this as a mix CD for my friend Jacky on her birthday. She asked for something mellow, so I put together a few mellow tracks (although some of them have a bit more of a kick). I committed a deep, dark mixing sin by placing several songs with similiar structures near each other (especially the Coldplay and Smiths tunes). If I'd spent more time on this, it could have been carved into a better mix, but here it as presented.

i LOVE this mix. really really good job. and i also like the pennies. that box must've been heavy.

If you haven't given that Iron and Wine song a listen, I suggest you do. It's the best song on that album, and maybe the only worthwhile tune.
