Hammer Down!! 17 different takes on the romantic American hero, the truckdriver, and his life on the road. These are followed by 7 songs about the CB, a hugely important part of trucking because it's what allows drivers to connect to one another and to the outside world. These songs all predate cell phones, which I imagine have changed things in that regard. I can't speak to that myself as I have been off the road for almost 20 years. Fire up that diesel and come on', keep the shiny side up and the dirty side down...and treat yourself to what has got to be some of the best road music of all time.
