Lots of good songs here, of course, but whenever "Alison" is left off an Elvis Costello mix, I have to ask 'why?'

A really nice comp of one of my favorite artists...although "Welcome To The Working Week" at the end? That seems like such a punchy opener to me...a couple songs I'm not familiar with. Interesting choices.

Adam: I'm tired of "Alison."
indiemaven: I like ending things with beginnings sometimes. I feel like opening tracks could just as easily be closing tracks. Plus "I Want You" is such a perfect closer that "Welcome to the Working Week" is an interesting, kind of down-to-earth post-closer.

This is great! I love Green Shirt and Uncomplicated so much!

I'm doing an EC primer in four discs. The second set (89-Present) is already done (I posted it here long ago)...still deliberating on the first set. I could never narrow this guy down to one disc.

Oh, also, sorry to be pedantic but the "King Of America" stuff should be credited to "The Costello Show."
