This mix was concepted as part of a birthday gift for a friend of mine. The gift was a stimulation of the 5 senses and this was "hearing". All the tracks marked (Live) are from bootleg recordings. I like the Air song in particular. It was the first encore at a concert where they performed the Virgin Suicides material for the first time. Also the Buddy Miles song was digitized from my vinyl copy. I had to clean it up quite a bit but am proud of the results. In terms of the tone, it is very moody. The more I listen to it I can't decide if it is a good break-up mix or a good "new love" mix. I guess the duality of the tone makes it all the better.
