A mix I made for another brother for Christmas. It's tough to say what this mix is about exactly... that French air of tired, bored, haughty intellectualism, seen in both French and Anglo artists; the feeling you get when you've been smoking all night and the sun starts to come up at 4am; the numbness of being in a situation you've been in a thousand times before, and just can't bring yourself to care about anymore. Which isn't to say that it's a depressing mix: it's a little bit swingin', a little bit mocking, and overall just way too clever for its own good. Don't hate (all) the French!
