we've just recruited a violinist to our band. so i prepared a little propaganda for her with this tape. there's also some violas and cellos on there too. no syruppy orchestral backing stuff though, just nice meaty solo lines, winding around the songs.Feedback:

some afghan whigs songs have really nice cello parts. try the albums "gentlemen" and "black love", and the related b-sides. also the pre-/post-breakup project "twilight as sung by the twilight singers".
