I like! Particulalrly fond of you putting "Angelene" on a mix with the awfully depressing "Lover I Don't..". Never realized how well those two might go together thematically.

A good cathartic mix must be handled delicately. This one is...SUCCESS! Well done! You hit all the right points, like screaming and smoldering anger and Whooooosh-Feeling-Better.

Hawksley Workman! I tried to find a CD of theirs once at Amoeba music, and they had no idea who I was tlaking about and couldn't find any listing... that's like the only time that'd ever happened there...

1. Requiem For A Dream is one of the most intensely heartbreaking movies ever, with an amazing soundtrack.
2. Bright Eyes, Air, and Belle and Sebastian all in a row are guaranteed to rock.
3. That's probably my favorite Eels song ever. Simply for the absolute tone of it all.
4. This mix is stupendous!

hint for Patrick... if you buy Hawksley Workman (it's a him)cd from a canadian site like Maple Music, it's pretty inexpensive because of the exchange rate!
Agreed, this mix is depressingly beautiful.. .makes me wish I was depressed so I'd be in the right mood to listen to it.
